Victoria Beckham jumps private jet to David’s injured side

Victoria Beckham rushed to husband David’s side in Finland by private jet from LA.

The ill-fated soccer superstar saw his World Cup dream obliterated by an Achilles tendon injury at the weekend. Victoria appeared funereal on her way to a tearful bedside reunion at a sports injury clinic in Turku, Scandinavia. David collapsed during an AC Milan match.

The UK Sun newspaper reports an onlooker said: “David’s eyes lit up when Victoria arrived. It was a very emotional moment when they met. She gave him a massive hug and kiss. David is over the moon Victoria has dropped everything to get to him.”

The source continued: “It has made him realise what really matters in life, and though he wants to go back to football his family is most important for him. He would give up everything for his wife and kids.”

His surgeon, Sakari Orava, who warned him he may be out of the game altogether, told the newspaper: “David has refused to give up. After surgery he was training with crutches to walk on his splint.”
