David Tennant will still wear Dr Who’s famous blue suit when he leaves show
Doctor Who star David Tennant said he will still wear the timelord’s famous blue suit when he leaves the show.
The 38-year-old actor will be seen in his final scenes as the Doctor in a two-parter that will be shown over Christmas.
Asked what he will do with the famous suit, he told UK magazine Closer: “I’ll still wear it! But there is a pair of battered trainers that I used to wear a lot, but now it feels wrong to wear them. Never mind.”
Actor Matt Smith will be taking over as the Doctor and Tennant said it feels strange to see someone else in the same role.
He added: “I’m jealous, but it couldn’t happen to a nicer chap. I remember being where Matt is now, and I’m looking forward to being a viewer again.”
