The Proposal star Sandra Bullock said she gave up Krispy Kreme doughnuts to prepare for her naked scenes.

The 45-year-old actress strips off for a scene in the movie, in which she stars opposite actor Ryan Reynolds.

She said to UK magazine Closer: “The fun part of our job is we get paid to hire someone to make us work out. I wanted to be in a certain shape for the scene. So as it got close, I didn’t eat Krispy Kremes.

“I had a goal and I stuck to it because I knew I’d be on screen 18-feet tall and the whole world would be dissecting me.”
