Hollywood actor Johnny Depp has reportedly told pal Nicolas Cage he will help him out with his money troubles.

Depp, 46, reportedly earns $80 million each year and has said he will give Cage, 45, “whatever he needs” to get out of his financial crisis.

Con Air star Cage owes $7 million in a tax bill and is suing his former financial manager for his bad advice.

A pal said to UK newspaper Daily Express: “Johnny called Nic and basically told him not to worry and he’d help him and sort everything out.

“Johnny feels he owes his career to Nic and now wants to repay him – If Nic agrees.”

Depp was reportedly a struggling singer when he met Cage in the eighties and he sent him to his agent where he landed the part in A Nightmare On Elm Street.

The pal added: “Johnny has never forgotten what Nic did for him.”
