Nicole Eggert gained so much weight that she didn’t recognise herself in a magazine.

The 37-year-old Baywatch star said: “At first I didn’t recognise myself. It said, ‘Baywatch Babe’.

“I went through a really rough time. I lost my father in a really tough battle with cancer, and I also went through a bad relationship.”

Eggert vowed to take the weight off and is now working out for two hours a day on a treadmill and running on the beach.

“Slowly but surely, I’m seeing results. It just feels good to be working out again,” she said.
