Supportive boyfriend Joel Madden has said he loves his girlfriend Nicole Richie’s style and has praised her new clothing range.

Nicole, 28, recently announced she will release her own clothing line Winter Kate in February.

Joel, 30, is a big fan of the range and said to PEOPLE: “Her clothing line is what she wears – bohemian rock ‘n roll, hippie, sexy and comfortable clothes for women. It’s cool, but it’s not forced.”

However, he added that he isn’t just a fan of her clothing range, he said: “I love Nicole’s style. She’s the coolest person I’ve ever met, and she doesn’t try at all.”

Nicole also spoke about the range and added: “I designed everything and picked the materials and prints. I put my heart and soul into it.”
