Tennis star Serena Williams said she thinks her successful career has put guys off dating her.

Serena, 27, is a two-time Wimbledon winner, and she said it’s hard to find a man who isn’t daunted by her having the more successful career.

She said: “You have to be a man with a lot of confidence to date someone who has a better career.”

She added: “Men like being in control, and there are a lot of successful guys who marry or date women who aren’t super-successful.”

But Serena said she would like to date someone stronger.

She said: “Personally, I like a guy who’s the man in the relationship.”
