Blaaake Blames Himself For Amy’s Decline

Filed under: Amy Winehouse, Love, Marriage, Message From, News, Scandal, bad hair — Beyotch November 30, 2008 @ 2:40 pm

Amy Winehouse’s estranged hubby Blaaake has gone on tape and made some scandalous confessions putting most of the blame on himself as being the reason why she is the way she is. The rumour about the reason for her seeing divorce attorneys is because she thinks he is cheating on her with a German model. He says otherwise.

Britain’s News of the World got the shocking interview where Blake Fielder-Civil says he takes full blame for Amy’s demons, saying:

“I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty — now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”

Blake told how badly things had deteriorated when back in 2007 they both sunk so low that Amy nearly died in front of him. He recalled:

“I was there when Amy suffered her first seizure. I still break down thinking about it. We had been taking drugs all day long - heroin and crack.”

Filed under: Album, David Cook, Love, Music — Beyotch November 29, 2008 @ 12:44 pm

“American Idol” winner David Cook’s new album made its highly successful debut on the music charts this past Wednesday.

His self-titled, first album sounded off at No. 3 on the Billboard charts. It also reached Number 1 on the digital album chart selling 59,000 digital copies which set a new record for best debut from an Idol winner since 2006.

Cook sold nearly 100,000 more copies than his rival David Archuleta and twice as many copies as season seven champion Jordin Sparks. (Archuleta, whose debut opened at No. 2 last week, dropped to No. 11 in its second week.)

Meanwhile, the album’s first single, “Light On,” continues to be extremely popular on the Internet and radio.

Britney Performss Womanizer En Francais

Britney wore the top hat and again channels her inner circus ringleader when she performed her hit single “Womanzier” at Star Academy which is France’s version of American Idol.

Very similar performance to the one she did at the Bambi Awards in Germany last night.

This performance is rather similar to last night’s version that she did at the Bambi Awards. As usual the buzz is that she lip-syncs, but didn’t she always? Most of her fans are just happy she is back and really, that is a good thing since she went through such a difficult time this past year.

Tomorrow, Britney will be performing at Idol judge Simon Cowell’s show, X-Factor.

Katy Perry Is FHM’s January Cover Girl

Filed under: Fashion, Katy Perry, Kids, Music, kid rock — Beyotch November 27, 2008 @ 5:56 pm

Katy Perry is on the cover of the January 2009 issue of FHM magazine, and she’s looking really good. The retro swimsuit idea has been done once too many times, but not by her so I don’t mind. She starts off the interview by saying:

“I’ve got boobs. I’m not going to chop them off.” She then adds that she doesn’t have implants because she’s okay with how she is built. Nice that she seems to be secure enough with her natural self in a business that drives most females crazy with insecurity about their body image.

Kid Rock has revealed that when he met Katy Perry he told her to “stay away from me or she will end up pregnant”. He let it be know that he got her drunk in Liverpool at the MTV Awards earlier this month (Daily Star).

Carrie Underwood is one of the artists featured on the Elvis Presley Christmas Duets CD that is available in stores now. She and The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll sing “I’ll be Home for Christmas” together.

Carrie says:

“Priscilla actually asked if I would be part of the project, so when Priscella Presley asks you to sing with Elvis, you do it.”

Also featured on the CD is LeAnn Rimes, who sings “Here Comes Santa Claus”; Martina McBride, who sings “Blue Christmas”; and Olivia Newton-John, who sings “O Come, All Ye Faithful.”

Britney Spears Does Rolling Stone Cover

Rolling Stone magazine is saying that Britney Spears is back. I don’t remember her ever leaving? She’s been flavour of the month with the paps for the last few years. When she wasn’t flashing her private bits or shaving her head, or misbehaving with Adnan, she was always in the news.

Anyways… here she is posing, showing off her belly, and looking as if she’s happier than she’s been in ages. In the exclusive interview, she says she’s considering cutting off the weave she’s worn since shaving her head in 2007. She also giggles like a school girl while she is counting up her seven tattoos.

Rihanna’s Jewel Encrusted Eye Patch

Rihanna wore a jewel-encrusted eyepatch to accessorize her spiky dominatrix outfit for her performance of “Rehab” at the 2008 American Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on Sunday in Los Angeles.

There’s something so Mad Maxish looking about those chained shoulder pads and leather corset. It’s as if there was a VIP sale at some post-apocalyptic junkyard. She wasn’t the only one who dressed up looking like she was going to some Sci-Fi convention.

Beyonce as Sasha Fierce wore tinsel sunglasses, Kanye West looked like he dressed up as LeVar Burton from Star Trek TNG.

She received two awards for pop/rock female artist and female soul R&B artist. Congrats on that.

Here is Justin Gaston, aka Miley Cyrus’s “special friend”, walking the runway at the birthday party of designer Christian Audigier’s daughter Crystal at Kress nightclub in Los Angeles yesterday.

Crystal celebrated her 16th birthday on-camera, which was filmed for MTV’s hit show Sweet Sixteen.

Also at the birthday bash: sisters Paris and Nicky Hilton, as well as Khloe Kardashian.

Today is Miley’s 16th birthday and she’s at the AMAs, I wonder if he’ll be there with her? I’m thinking yes.

No Doubt Going Out On Tour

No Doubt’s official website has just announced they’re going on tour. Gwen writes that it will be great to reconnect with fans and play the songs they and their fans love. She also is hoping that going on the road will give the group inspiration to write some new songs for their upcoming album.

Traveling with babies, and nannies in tow should make for an interesting experience for all of them. These guys are definitely one of the bands that can take breaks, do solo projects, and then reconnect. There is no doubt they’ll still be good!
