So we were all wondering (well at least I was) when Britney’s Spears conservatorship will be ending. The court reinstated it until the end of this year! Looks like no more crazy Brit days until next year. By then she will have forgot her crazy ways and will probably be on the proper path to success. The court did extend the offer so Britney can end her conservatorship early if she wishes.
TMZ reports: The court has extended the conservatorship through December 31. There’s a status hearing on October 28. The commissioner is leaving the option open to end the conservatorship early.
Justin Speaks Out About starting the ‘Trucker Hat Trend’ “It’s funny, I keep hearing Ashton Kutcher say how he was responsible for trucker caps. [My best friend and I] were wearing them when we were seventeen.”
Well JT I am not sure who started it first but does it really matter? You are already a ’style icon’ as many say, so whats the point in arguing… The whole Von Dutch/ Trucker hat era is so gone, and I am glad because everyone looked like fools wearing them. The sad part about it was they were bloody expensive too (when you know they were actually only worth a few bucks!).
Nelly is the New Face of the Sean John Underwear line and I have to say DAMN! He sure is looking fine. I think it was a good idea on Diddy’s part to choose a ‘known’ rapper to boost his sales. Not to mention that having washboard abs also helps. I am glad Nelly got rid of that whole bandaid thing, cause that I have to say was a bit silly. Any guess on how much Nelly is getting for the endorsement?
John Mayer rocked a short new buzz cut when he performed on stage in Mountain View, California this weekend. He had been growing out his hair and had been stylin’ it in a feathered hair-style. He wrote about his intentions on his personal blog, back in May:
“Today I set off on my newest project; to grow and maintain an authentic ’80s style feathered haircut. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for some time and I’m very excited to bring this amazing look into today’s pop culture landscape.”
Guess he was ready for a change and I’m so glad he was because…. I’m lovin’ it!
Look at Wino, she has definitely hit rock bottom. She is clutching a 26 while looking spoofed. She has her head slightly tilted (as a dog does does when they do not understand something). I am starting to get fed up of Amy, I think they need to just literally throw her in rehab and not let her out for 2 years. Who cares if she screams no no no the whole way?

Not sure what to say about it, other than I don’t think I’ve seen her without makeup before this, and she really does not look her best. Kind of sad really… then again, she is 50 years old but still… she looks exhausted, and in need of a good meal!

“Madonna is doing less than OK. She has been rehearsing for the tour and she is totally miserable.

-Family tension with her father and two of her other siblings has also been awkward.
-She feels nobody has taken her side. One of her closest pals says she has never seen Madonna so low. She has been feeling low and looking really gaunt.
-Madonna was told to go soft on work and rehearsals, so she will now take one proper day off every week and go easy in the mornings.
-She has a blood analysis done every few days — including one during last Friday’s rehearsal in front of everyone.”
Katy Perry talks about the difficult time she’s had trying to make it.
Her latest album “One of the Boys” dropped earlier this month and her single “I Kissed a Girl” is doing so well, she recalls on how difficult the road to success has been.
She says:
“I’ve been on three major labels, signed and dropped, signed and dropped. There were times I lost hope in ever believing anything that any record label person ever told me.
The last time her album didn’t get released, she almost gave up, succumbing to singing back-up vocals for Miley Cyrus and borrowing money from her parents just to make ends meet.

It turned into a situation, where, for years, I was telling my friends that I was going to have a record out… and then it wouldn’t happen. They stopped believing in me. I was pretty much a joke.
Maybe a week before my record was coming out, I kind of went into that state of shock, like, ‘Oh, my God, they totally called my bluff! It’s coming!’”

The cast, creators and I will be hosting a ComiCon panel to discuss the movie at 9pm at the San Diego Convention center, in room 6B, tomorrow night only. We will be showing clips from the film and talking about the making of this incredible project, so spread the word.

Look at the wall behind her. The picture must have been taken at Wasted Spaces the new nightclub of Cory Hart but still… it made me laugh since this post of hers might be considered just that with some of those people who do not consider themselves fans of hers!
Since the Jonas Brothers are currently on tour their mother Denise acted as power of attorney and closed a deal on a new $2,985,000.00 home the brothers purchased in Westlake, Texas.
The luxury home is in the upscale gated community of Vaquero Club and boasts 7360 square feet overlooking the 6th and 7th fairways of the Tom Fazio designed golf course.
There is apparently 24-hour private security at the gate as well as 6 foot high stone walls surrounding the community.
The ratings for the premiere of ABC’s “High School Musical: Get in the Picture” are in and they are lousy.
The reality contest that Nick hosts averaged just 4 million viewers last Sunday night. It came in third in the 8 p.m. time slot. CBS’ “Big Brother” drew 5.8 million. A repeat of “America’s Got Talent” pulled 5.3 million to NBC.
I wonder if he has any regrets doing the show?
Apparently though he has no regrets about his three year marriage to Jessica even though they had an emotionally-charged very public divorce.
He had this to say about the split:
“I think that life is unexpected in a lot of ways… You certainly can’t predict or script the way life is going to turn out. The best you can do is just roll with those punches and be a better person for it in the end.”
Not sure if he meant that the painful experience of the divorce made him a better person, or the marriage as well as the marital breakdown helped him become a better man. Either way he seems to be taking the high road and not slamming her which is such a nice change compared with so many highly publicized celebrity divorces.

Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced today to 27 months for beating up a pub manager in 2006 and then offering him $400,000 in hush money. He could get out in 5 months if his behavior is ‘good’. Somehow I doubt that he will be good!
Do you think Wino will leave his ass? I don’t think she can be alone for that long. Maybe they should lock her up in rehab for 27 months and when they come out they can both be clean and live happily ever after (not)!
DMX allegedly gave a fake name and Social Security number in a hospital in order to get out of paying medical bills. I guess he isn’t popular enough for people to know who he is. DMX was arrested (for identity theft) this weekend while strolling through a mall! I just can’t believe he would even stoop so low, can we say BROKE! Aren’t all rappers supposed to be ‘ballin’. How did he not have enough money to pay 7500 dollars in medical bills!? I guess times are getting rough even for celebs .
The sheriff of Maricopa County said, “He’s back in jail again. I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense”
I swear these two are just doing it for the camera. I don’t know how anyone (gay or straight) could want Samantha Ronson, she is just soo nasty looking. Lindsay should pay someone to get Sam’s hair done! Do you think SamRO puts on that awful hat to hide her roots? Or Do you think she is just trying to make some stupid fashion statement.
Kevin Federline just got a raise to 20k a month along with sole custody of the children! Well … just for now. Britney agreed to pay Kev 5 grand a month more in child support until her conservatorship of her estate ends. Any Order can be modified at some point in the future, so I imagine she agreed to this arrangement for the time being.
I do give her credit for continuing to work so that she is supporting her kids.
I remember the judge had said she was a “habitual, frequent and continuous” abuser of drugs and alcohol so she needs to truly get well before she can go back to court to ask for 50/50 custody.
Brit’s lawyer said, “It was a victory for the whole family that they don’t have to go to a trial.”
Somehow I don’t think Britney would be too happy with this.. but I guess 20k a month in her eyes is not that much anyway.
Barenaked Ladies lead singer Steven Page was arrested for drugs on Friday. He was at an apartment in Fayetteville, New York with two women, at around 2 in the morning. Police approached the home after noticing a suspicious car parked outside with one of the doors open. They observed people at the window “engaged in something.” A white substance found on the kitchen table tested positive for cocaine. One of the women was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Page posted $10,000 bail and is due back in court Thursday. The band’s management people told MuchMoreMusic’s The Loop that they are confident Steven will be “completely exonerated” from the charges.
This is not good for their goody two shoes image! The timing of this fiasco will no doubt negatively affect sales of their recently released children’s album called Snack Time.
Stephen Page is separated from his wife of 14 years since last year and has three sons.
