Amy Has Impetigo

Amy Winehouse was wondering around with a swollen mouth, everyone thought she had some dental work done on her mouth but her rep informed us otherwise.

“Amy has been diagnosed with impetigo which she’s been told can be highly contagious. Because of that she’s been put on antibiotics and may have to stay home alone for the next few days.”

In case you are wondering Impetigo, a contagious skin infection that usually produces blisters or sores on the face and hands, is one of the most common skin infections and usually seen among kids. Usually it is caused by bad hygiene due say a sore in your mouth that you keep picking. I wonder how Amy contracted this.. YUCK
