It seems that the initial plan of burying the late pop legend at his beloved Neverland ranch have been canceled due to health regulations and other some such impediments. Even though the company that now owns Neverland applied for an exemption in Michael Jackson’s case, they couldn’t get it in time. The Jackson family has released the following statement regarding the glass coffin idea: “Contrary to previous news reports, the Jackson family is officially stating that there will be no public or private viewing at Neverland. Plans are underway regarding a public memorial for Michael Jackson, and we will announce those plans shortly.” Well, that sucks! Hopefully, no more Michael Jackson fans will resort to extreme acts considering this new decision… apparently, the death-toll got pretty high.

The Jonas Brothers musician recently proposed to his girlfriend, Danielle Deleasa, who apparently accepted his offer. Speaking on her reaction, Kevin Jonas said: “She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row.” Let me guess… she does medication commercials. Well, if she doesn’t, Kevin Jonas should definitely talk her into it, with her fast-speaking abilities, she would be a natural at them. Still, with such super powers, Danielle Deleasa is probably going to make one hell of a wife and that translates into one hell of a marriage for Kevin Jonas… but of course, I mean that in a good way.

It seems that the music business is losing more and more talents to acting these days… or so the general direction is. Justin Timberlake apparently met with director Guy Ritchie recently to discuss staring in his next movie, “Guys and Dolls”. A source said the following about Justin Timberlake’s new break: “Work is really taking off for Guy at the moment and he is lining up talent for projects in the pipeline. Guy and Justin have known each other for a while through Guy’s ex-wife Madonna.” Guy Ritchie is probably not that fond of Justin Timberlake then, but hey… when you need an actor for a movie, you could go to a bit of a length for it.

It seems that Tameka Foster, the soon to be former wife of Usher, had absolutely idea that the rapper was planning on a divorce. It seems that the documents Usher filled for the divorce only a few days ago stated that there was “no reasonable hope for reconciliation” and that his relationship with his wife is “irretrievably broken”… even though she seems to claim that things were going smoothly recently. Look at it this way… maybe Usher’s already fed up with married life and wants to experience something else, but he’s being a big boy and going through the legal proceedings beforehand. Way to go Usher! Really responsible of you, dude!

Britain’s Got Talent winners Diversity were set to support Michael Jackson on his London tour dates, according to reports.

The dancers were reportedly going to be paid £10,000 per night for the 50 shows at London’s O2 Arena, which were due to start later this year.

However, the King of Pop’s sudden death meant the band never got to live out their dream to open up the shows for their idol.

A source said: “The boys signed their deal last week. They were over the moon. It was a once-in-a-lifetime gig.”

Reports claim fans have flocked to LA since his death and a t-shirt seller has sold out after putting tribute shirts on sale.

More developments on the marriage front as hostilities seem to be worsening with no sign of either side giving up. It seems that Peter Andre is not going to take any more bull stuff from Katie Price and has phoned her in order to tell her out loud just how he feels about her partying, as he himself related: “As soon as I saw what has been going on, I had to call Kate directly and give her a piece of my mind because her actions are out of control. I told her exactly what I think of her. Although it was supposed to be a private conversation, knowing Kate like I do, I wouldn’t be surprised if she got her film crew to capture the conversation on camera - so I end up looking like the bad guy.” Peter Andre needn’t worry about anything, because we all know who the real instigator is here and we know that he’s the one fighting the righteous fight.

The singer recently confessed that she has never had a boyfriend. Pixie Lott said: “Everyone says you’re supposed to find love at festivals. I didn’t find any love. I’ve not really had a boyfriend. I don’t really know why, I’ve had little things, but not a serious boyfriend. There was one person I went out with at school, but it was like a month long.” Who is this “everyone” and where does that information come from? Pixie Lott can probably find a lot of things at festivals: drunks, tents, reasonably bad music and so on, but I don’t think there’s a lot of love to be found there. A broadening of the horizon might be in order.

Now that the pop star is dead, the range of unusual rumors about his conduct, sexuality and what have you have begun to surface. Like this little number for example: Ian Halperin, an unofficial biographer of Michael Jackson said the following about the singer: “It is clear to me that Michael was homosexual and that his taste was for young men, albeit not as young as Jordan Chandler or Gavin Arvizo. In the course of my investigations, I spoke to two of his gay lovers, one a Hollywood waiter, the other an aspiring actor.” Well, whatever gets the book published, eh? It’s probably no surprise that such rumors are surfacing. In a little while there will probably be claims that Michael Jackson was an alien too.

The singer has amazed… or at least did her best to amaze fellow performers at the Glastonbury festival with the fact that she had her own helicopter on stand-by ready to get her out at a moment’s notice in case she got too sad. Lily Allen apparently told Florence Wench when told how cool it would be to have your own chopper: “That is my reality. The heli is ready to go when I want. I thought I’d get one in case I get ‘the fear.’ That way I can do my crying away from prying eyes on the way home.” Apparently Lily Allen didn’t need to apply to those services and everything went on according to plan with no incident… still, it was cool to have the chopper around… and especially to brag about it.

Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch looks set to be turned into a ‘Graceland’, it has been revealed.

Jacko bought the estate in 1988 and transformed it into an amusement park and zoo.

But in recent years it has become a shadow of its former glory, falling into disrepair as Jacko moved out and owed more than US$25 million on the mortgage land.

But now it appears the family are set to bury the pop star at Neverland in Los Olivos. And then turn it into a shrine where fans can go and pay their respects.

According to reports, the proposal came from Tohme Tohme, Jackson’s former manager, the non-doctor and special ambassador to Senegal.

Tohme works with Colony Capital LLC, the firm that now holds the mortgage note on Neverland.

Their idea is to turn Neverland into Graceland, with Jackson’s grave the central attraction.

However, while Jacko’s family are open to the idea of having a tribute to Jacko, the city of Los Olivos may not be so keen.

Permits are required to be able to bury Jacko on the property and the town of Los Olivos was sounded out about a Graceland idea a long time ago and rejected it.

Neverland is on a two-lane country road across from a school way in the hills along the Santa Ynez Valley and the locals feel it’s not equipped for that kind of traffic.

Hollywood Reporter columnist Roger Friedman revealed: “The Graceland plan is being pushed by Colony and Tohme, as Tohme agitates for it within a split and confused family.

“Much discussion is going on right now, especially among Michael’s brothers, about ways to maximize his estate - in other words make money.”

The Take That singer has apparently been stolen away by the thrill and excitement of doing stuff for charity after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro some time ago that he is eager to engage in similar activities once again. A source said the following about Gary Barlow’s newfound passion: “Gary has really been bitten by the fundraising bug. He was amazed by people’s generosity during his Kilimanjaro climb. As soon as he got off the mountain he made the decision to lend his support to more charities. Children In Need bosses have discussed a number of ideas with him but Gary thought it would be a good idea if he could put his musical skills to their best use.” Gary Barlow’s actions seem to prove the existence of the elusive “fundraising bug” which has only been spoken of in legends thus far. What an amazing discovery!

Tickets for Michael Jackson’s London shows are still being offered on an auction site hours after his death.

The 50-year-old star died suddenly in LA after reportedly suffering a heart attack. Fans around the world have been paying tribute to the King of Pop and celebrities have been posting messages on Twitter.

Jackson was scheduled to play 50 dates at London’s O2 Arena later this year and tickets were still on sale on auction site eBay almost 24 hours after his death.

It is claimed that all fans who bought tickets directly through AEG Live will receive refunds for the tickets.

However, there are also reports that AEG Live only had insurance against cancellation of the first 10 shows, leaving fans unsure if they will be reimbursed for the remaining 40 dates.

Strung out on Ibiza, Jordan reportedly begged a male model for sex 15 times.

The model who went on a non-stop partying rampage while her estranged husband was minding the kids reportedly begged Anthony Lowther, 28, to step up.

Lowther responded by teasingly ignoring her. Jordan made her plea 15 times in one hour and flashed her thong, saying, “This is what’s waiting for you back in the hotel.”

Onlookers were reported shocked. One said, “We could hear her saying to Anthony: ‘Let’s go back to my hotel now.’

“She kept putting her arm around his neck to whisper in his ear. We heard her beg him to come back to the hotel at least 15 times in the space of around an hour.”

Another onlooker reportedly heard Lowther say: “Oh my God, this is so exciting.

I can’t believe this. She is so famous.”

Jordan amped up the situation by jumping on a podium and shouting: “I’m Kate Price, you can’t f***ing touch me!”

Jordan flew back to the UK yesterday. Her estranged husband Peter Andre was vacationing in Cyprus with the couple’s two biological children and Jordan’s son from another union.

Cameron Diaz has recently said she does not know if motherhood lies in her future. The star of My Sister’s Keeper, however, gets a whammy of an introduction into the kind of tough choices a mother might have to make.

Diaz’s character is a mum whose daughter suffers from leukaemia. The plot sees her having a genetically engineered second daughter in order to allow umbilical cord blood to be used for the girl’s treatment.

When things go a little further in the transplant field, the younger sister, now 11, sues her parents to stop them taking a kidney for the dying girl. Diaz, whose character is a lawyer, fights her daughter, played by Oscar nominee Abigail Breslin. Alec Baldwin, playing an attorney, takes on the younger sister’s case.

"I don’t feel I’ve ever played the same person twice," Diaz, 36, told Reuters. "Even though I might have done a couple of comedies or a couple of romantic comedies, the characters are all very different to me."
