Simon Cowell’s brother Tony is to make a documentary on the making of his sibling’s Haiti charity single.
The six-minute documentary will be available to radio stations if they donate money to help Haiti.
Tony is heard speaking to some of the record’s contributors such as Susan Boyle, Mika and James Morrison, as well as Simon, during the documentary.
Tony said that radio has helped many after the devastating earthquake and he has made the documentary to support his broadcasting colleagues in Haiti.
According to a source, he said: “I saw on TV how radio stations were giving out vital information and how the US military were giving out wind-up radios to victims.
“But it’s not only that public service function that’s so important, as we know radio entertains, too. So, I think radio will continue to play an important role in the months and years to come.”

The King of Auto Tune is dying to take an American Idol alum under his wing as rapper T-Pain has expressed his interest in having a collaboration with AI champion and successful country singer Carrie Underwood. He told reporters “Next on my list is Carrie Underwood. I swear to God. Everybody else can suck it until I get to Carrie Underwood.” I guess everyone else will be sucking for a while because I’m not even sure if Carrie knows that T-Pain exists. It should be interesting though if it does happen. He did make a little collaboration with Taylor Swift.
Jessica Simpson’s dad Joe reportedly crashed her ex-hubby Nick Lachey’s Super Bowl party.

It seems that Peter Andre remains cold to anything that Katie Price can still dish out. Even if she got married with her cage-fighter boyfriend, Alex Reid, yesterday, Peter Andre couldn’t care less. He does care about his kids though, as he states: “I’ve thought about this, all of this morning, and I thought as long as they’re a positive influence on my kids that’s all I care about. If they’re happy great, it’s none of my business.” Right… what better influence on children than a transvestite, cage fighter as a stepfather. They’re probably going to wow everybody at the Christmas parties from now on.

Since getting rid of Taylor Lautner, it seems Taylor Swift’s tastes have went to less big boomer actors. It seems she and Cory Monteith from Glee were spotted together at a pre-Grammy party on Saturday and they have also been reportedly going out earlier. It seems Taylor Swift is finally getting back to her love life, in favor of her career. She probably considers that she’s achieved quite enough for the time being. Taylor Swift will probably be back after a while with a whole new sack of awards, for now, she may just have a bit of fun and leave the others to fight for the crumbs.

The member of the Jonas Brothers who now has his own project called Nick Jonas and the Administration recently admitted that he no longer wants to see fans crying to his music. This is what Nick Jonas said on the matter: I just prefer to make people happy with my music. I prefer to see a smile on someone’s face after I sing a song.” Yes, why would Nick Jonas want to create melodies that inspire raw passion in his fans when he can just stick to the happy-happy, joy-joy songs? Those are a lot safer and they probably sell better too? We wouldn’t want Nick Jonas’ solo project to go unsold, now would we?

Isn’t this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony going to be a special one… not only will there be a duet between Elton John and Lady GaGa, but Michael Jackson’s kids might also be there doing their stuff on stage. This is what a source said regarding this possibility: “Michael first unveiled his legendary moonwalk at the Grammys, so it’s only right they all go out with a tribute.” Go out with a tribute? Not the best choice of words there, but it would indeed be a treat for Michael Jackson’s children to sing one or two of their father’s songs at the Grammys. After all, it’s never too early to become an obedient servant of the industry.

Actor Orlando Bloom has said he won’t be returning for a fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
Bloom, 34, played the role of Will Turner in the first three swashbuckling movies but will not return for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
Director Rob Marshall is taking on the movie, with Johnny Depp playing the role of Captain Jack Sparrow once again.
Asked at the Sundance Film Festival if he would be returning, Bloom said to MTV News: “No, definitely no. I think Will is sort of swimming around with the fish at the bottom of the ocean. I had a great time making those movies. I just really wanted to do different things.”
