Simon Cowell’s ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour wrote his new fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy a letter saying she had ‘accomplished the impossible’ by making him happy.
Seymour, 36, had dated the music boss for six years before they split in 2008 and wrote Hussainy, whose nickname is Mish, a note after seeing her £250,000 diamond engagement ring.
Cowell, 50, said earlier this year that he was ’smitten’ with her in a TV show and she was spotted with the ring soon after.
A friend of Seymour said: “Terri wrote the note to Mish on Cartier stationery, wishing her the best and saying how happy she was for her and Simon.
“She wrote: ‘You’ve accomplished the impossible… making Simon happy.’”
The singer from Girlicious, Robin Antin’s new pet project, was recently arrested and the charges are most severe. It seems Natalie Mejia was searched by police while on an airport and they found cocaine in her purse. One of the policemen said only the following about what went down: “She doesn’t know how it got into her purse.” It probably crawled out of some Columbian drug lord’s pocket and grew legs then sprinted for Natalie Mejia’s purse. That’s the only plausible explanation for it, so the poor girl is innocent. Or maybe in the excitement of the moment Natalie Mejia didn’t find anything better to say about why she had cocaine next to her make-up.
Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton says ‘things are good’ with girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger after recently reuniting.
The couple were reported to have split in January as they focused on their individual careers, but the racing driver confirmed their relationship is now going well.
Speaking at the launch of his new Reebok game, Hamilton, 25, said: “Things are good.
“She’s working really hard on her album and on Dancing With The Stars and I can’t wait to see how well she does with that and hopefully I can get over and support her.”
Scherzinger, 31, who is a member of pop band the Pussycat Dolls, is getting ready to start competing in the US TV show.
Hamilton added: “She’s supporting me with my racing so we’re focusing on our careers and we’re doing our best to stay in touch and keep strong.”

True Blood star Stephen Moyer has said bosses on the show have banned him from going out in the sun to keep his pasty complexion.
Moyer, 40, plays the lead role of vampire Bill Compton in the US show, and bosses reportedly want to keep him looking pale and white for filming.
He said: “I couldn’t wait to live by the beach and enjoy the weather, then they dye my hair and make me stay out of the sun. I was banned from sunbathing!”
The show is set in the town of Bon Temps where the blood-suckers are able to live in the community because a film has created a drink of substitute blood, which is called True Blood.
Even though his pal Keith Richards has very subtly hinted recently that he and the whiskey fairy have loads of unfinished business to discuss, it looks like Ronnie Wood will not be giving up that easily, especially since he now has support from Mick Jagger and Kate Moss to stay sober. This is what Ronnie Wood related on the matter: “Now I know everyone’s behind me, I’m desperate to give up for good. Mick calls me every few days.” With such support success cannot be far away… and it is good for things to be so. After all, Ronnie Wood has married life to look forward to… again.
The actress, who stars in a US sitcom about a woman accidentally getting pregnant, gave birth to a healthy baby boy last Tuesday.
On Twitter she announced: “Our new baby boy Easton Quinn Monroe Elfman was born March 2nd at 7:53 a.m. He’s an impressive sleeper (thank god!) & I’m his biggest fan.”
Her husband Bodhi Elfman also Tweeted: “Shazaam!”, announcing the arrival of the little guy.
He added: “Triple Word Score. Gram Slam, Royal Flush. Digging this guy big time.”
The couple already have a son, called Story Elias.
It seems that the multi-talented artist is way to important to actually be responsible with her work… even when it is probably the only fashion break she’ll ever see. It seems Lindsay Lohan, who is supposed to be Emanuel Ungaro’s artistic advisor, missed the house’s showing, even though the owner stated the following about their collaboration with her: “She’s not involved in this collection.” Probably not anymore… it looks like Lindsay Lohan will soon be going back to telling the tales of her tragedies on TV in order to make a buck or two because being in fashion clearly doesn’t work out with her.

The female stars in the movie Precious swept the board at the Independent Spirit Awards.
The movie, a harrowing tale of an incest survivor’s struggle for self-acceptance, swept the Spirit Awards in Los Angeles, taking home five prizes.
The film’s haul at the awards show, considered the indie world’s version of the Oscars, included Best Feature, Best Director and Best First Screenplay.
And its actresses, newcomer Gabourey Sidibe and comedienne Mo’Nique, took home the honours for Best Female Lead and Best Supporting Female respectively.
For Mo’Nique, who played an abusive mother, it represented yet another statuette for her during this awards season.
Sidibe, 26, was plucked from obscurity to play an illiterate schoolgirl impregnated by her stepfather. She recalled backstage that her mother would give her $2 a day for going to school. She saved her funds and saw her first 1995 independent movie Welcome to the Dollhouse.
Emotional Sarah Jessica Parker could not hide her relief on a US TV show as she learned her 10th great-grandmother escaped being put to death in the infamous Salem witch trials.
The Sex and the City star was horrified to discover her ancestor Esther Ellwell was one of the innocent victims accused of being a witch in the 1692 trials.
But she found out Esther narrowly avoided almost certain death after the witchcraft trial court was disbanded just weeks before her hearing.
Parker uncovered the incredible story as she traced her ancestry on TV show Who Do You Think You Are?
The actress said: “When you read the documents it’s so absolutely crazy. It’s crazy time, madness. I’m feeling really worried actually now because I realise she might not have lived. I’m so worried I’m kind of nauseous. You can’t believe charges like this would have any weight. I want to go on record and say I find this really actually physically upsetting. Its really horrible.”
Three teachers have been suspended after allegedly encouraging students to celebrate OJ Simpson during US Black History Month.
The children, aged five to 10, at Wadsworth Avenue Elementary School in Los Angeles, carried pictures of the shamed American footballer, basketball player Dennis Rodman and drag queen RuPaul during a playground parade in February.
The teachers – who are all white – were suspended pending an investigation for allegedly making the controversial choices.
Los Angeles Unified School District [LAUSD] spokeswoman Gayle Pollard-Terry said: “The superintendent believes there are better choices.”
She also said that a human relations and ethnic diversity team has been sent to the school to prepare lessons that are “more appropriate for Black History Month”.
“I just can’t fathom what these teachers were thinking of except to make a mockery of African-American history,” said Leon Jenkins, president of the LA branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
It looks like the kitty has claws. After the highly imprudent John Mayer divulged some very personal information about his former relationship with her, Jessica Simpson decided she should strike back. And this is her message to her former boyfriend: “I haven’t written back. I don’t accept it… I hope he gets his life together.” Apparently John Mayer did try to apologize for his little outburst. It looks like that ship has sailed… and sunk and the crew eaten by sharks. Such a cold reply from such a warm soul like Jessica Simpson… breaks you down just to see it.
Eric “McSteamy” Dane and his actress wife Rebecca Gayheart have welcomed a daughter.
Hollyscoop reports Gayheart gave birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Dane, 37, a star of Grey’s Anatomy, was with Gayheart for the entire birth. Afterward, Dane called close friends and family members. “They’re both over the moon about it,” a source close to the couple said.
Paul Bettany has said he never originally wanted to be an actor as he wanted to be a pop star.
Bettany, 38, has starred in movies such as The Da Vinci Code and Creation, in which he appeared opposite his wife Jennifer Connelly.
Asked if he always wanted to be an actor, he said: “I really don’t know. I wanted to write music and be a pop star but I didn’t like singing my songs in front of people.
“I wouldn’t ever want anybody to know something raw about me.
“With acting, they can say: ‘Oh I bet he’s really like that.’ But nobody really knows.”
British actress Helena Bonham Carter has revealed that she was completely taken by surprise when boyfriend Tim Burton asked her to play the Red Queen in his new movie Alice In Wonderland.
The Harry Potter star, 43, said: “I was doing Terminator Salvation at the time and when he asked me I was really flattered.
“It was a complete surprise. I know people think it’s disingenuous when I say that, but it’s true.”
She added: “Each time [he has a film] I truly don’t expect Tim to ever want to work with me again.”
Bonham Carter, who co-stars in the movie alongside Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway, leapt at the chance to play the Red Queen, but admitted that she didn’t realise her character would have an oversized head.
She said: “I learned that when I read it in the script…
“I personally find it especially flattering that he [Burton] tends to deform me in every movie…”
She added: “But that’s the point of acting, isn’t it? It’s all dress-up.”
To date, the couple – who have two children – have worked on six films together, including Planet Of The Apes and Corpse Bride.
